Each session is led by a practitioner who has worked directly with recreational and competitive athletes, not as a coach producing professionals, but as an educator helping people perform better in the sport they love.
Conditioning & Preparation Specialist
Marcus spent fifteen years working with recreational tennis clubs and community running groups across the mid-Atlantic region before joining Sutexi. His experience is almost entirely with adult athletes who hold jobs, manage families, and still take their sport seriously. That context shapes everything about how he teaches.
His preparation curriculum is built around the reality that most recreational athletes cannot follow professional warmup protocols. Time is constrained. Equipment is limited. Motivation to spend twenty minutes on mobility before a ninety-minute tennis match varies widely. Marcus designs sessions that are practical within those constraints, not despite them.
In the webinar format, Marcus is known for translating research into specific, actionable routines. He does not spend time on things that require a gym or a training partner. The goal is always the same: help you arrive at your sport physically prepared, without adding significant complexity to your schedule.
Recovery & Lifestyle Educator
Priya holds a background in sports science and adult education. She started working with recreational swimmers and team sport players after noticing a consistent gap: people were training regularly but not recovering in a way that matched their effort. The result was chronic fatigue, recurring soreness, and an eventual plateau in performance.
Her approach to recovery education is not prescriptive. She does not tell athletes exactly what to eat or precisely how many hours to sleep. Instead, she teaches the principles behind recovery adaptation so that participants can make informed decisions that fit their own lives. A parent with an early morning swim practice and a late-night work deadline needs different tools than someone with a clear evening schedule.
Priya leads the recovery series, which is among the most attended in the Sutexi program. Her sessions on sleep science, active recovery techniques, and the signs of accumulated training fatigue consistently generate the most follow-up questions from participants.
Consistency & Planning Educator
David's focus is the longest arc of recreational athletic development: how to stay engaged, consistent, and improving across an entire career of recreational sport. He came to this work after years of observing that the athletes who improved most over time were not necessarily the ones who trained hardest. They were the ones who built durable habits and planned intelligently around the rest of their lives.
His sessions cover habit architecture, seasonal planning for adults, motivation management through competitive cycles, and how to restructure your sport life when circumstances change. He works across all sports covered in the Sutexi program because the consistency principles apply broadly regardless of the activity.
David brings a calm, systematic approach to the webinar format. His sessions tend to be practical rather than motivational. The goal is always to give participants a framework they can actually apply, not just think about during the session and forget by the following week.
